in leading projects that keep properties operating safely and efficiently. Whether coordinating repairs, supporting his team, or tackling unexpected challenges, Ramiro approaches every task with a positive attitude and a solutions-first mindset.

Ramiro believes that success comes from hard work, teamwork, and a willingness to learn something new every day. His dependable nature and attention to detail make him a valued member of the Twelve2 team and someone clients can count on.

 OUTSIDE OF WORK

Ramiro's greatest priority is his family. He and his wife are raising five children—three boys and two girls—so life is always busy, and he wouldn't have it any other way. One thing that helps him keep up with it all? Coffee. Ramiro needs his coffee, and everyone on the team knows he's never far from a fresh cup. Whether he's leading a project on-site or spending time with his family,
he brings the same dedication, energy, and positive attitude to everything
he does.
