career
Cale began his commercial real estate career in 2014, with a private Industrial Real Estate firm headquartered in Milwaukee, WI. Representing both Landlord / Owner and Tenant / Buyer clients, Cale has proven himself as reliable, honest, ethical, and a hardworking resource for everyone involved in a transaction.
In 2015, Cale was a finalist for Industrial Deal of the Year from the Commercial Association of REALTORS® Wisconsin. Throughout his four years with Dickman Real Estate, Cale accumulated more than $31 million in gross revenue.
In August 2019, Cale and his fiancé moved to San Diego. Joining the Voit Real Estate team, Cale’s focus will be working with Life Science, Technology and Industrial clients. With experience in sales, leasing, and consulting of commercial properties, Cale takes a very detail orientated and structured approach when working with his team and clients.
Education
Cale graduated with a BBA Business and Marketing degree from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. During University, he obtained an International Business degree from Australian Catholic University while in Sydney, Australia.
outside of work
Prior to joining Voit, Cale and his fiancé traveled around the world for a year and a half, partnering and working with a variety of non-profit and volunteer organizations. When Cale is not at work he love’s to spend time exploring San Diego with his fiancé Chelsea, and enjoy’s quality time with family and friends.
Cale keeps himself busy with an endless list of activities: travel, hiking, camping, snowboarding, golf, surfing, biking, working out, cooking, playing the drums, listening to music, tasting new foods, experiencing new cultures… and the list goes on!
