Originally from the Midwest, Cale has a huge heart and an incredible work ethic. Often times clients end up as good friends, Cale is truly dedicated to taking care of each client and looks out for their best interest.
CAREER
Cale began his commercial real estate career in 2014, with a private Industrial Real Estate firm headquartered in Milwaukee, WI. Representing property owners, tenants, businesses large and small, and investment focused clients, Cale has proven himself as reliable, honest, ethical, and a hardworking resource for everyone involved in a transaction.
In February 2022, Cale teamed up with close friends and industry colleagues to launch Twelve2 Commercial Group. With experience in sales, leasing, investment and consulting of industrial and commercial properties, Cale and the Twelve2 team take a very detail orientated, and structured approach when working with their clients.
OUTSIDE OF WORK
Cale enjoys spending time with his wife, Chelsea, and their two young children, who keep life full of energy and adventure. He values quality time with friends and family, whether that's exploring a new destination, grabbing tacos from a local food truck, or simply enjoying a home-cooked meal together.
A passionate traveler, Cale loves experiencing new cultures, cuisines, and perspectives from around the world. When he's not working or chasing after his kids, you'll likely find him hiking, golfing, snowboarding, working out, cooking, or planning the family's next adventure.
