Cale Berg and Zach Noble of Twelve2 Commercial Group successfully completed a $5,400,00 15-Year Absolute Net Sale Leaseback of the 75,120 SF industrial building located at 7350 S. 6th Street in Oak Creek, WI. The building was purchased by 7350 T LLC.

Cale and Zach represented the Seller in this transaction. Samuel Dickman Jr. of The Dickman Company represented the Buyer.
