Zach Noble, Nick Steger and Cale Berg of Twelve2 Commercial Group successfully directed the $7,950,000 acquisition of a two building industrial portfolio totaling 122,238 SF.
The property was sold by the Alamo Group Inc., represented by Marcus & Millichap and purchased by Young & Correct LLC and Old & Wrong LLC. The new owners will plan to completely renovate the facilities and lease them out to new tenants.
