Erika is a dedicated Chief Financial Officer with a rich background in accounting and a deep commitment to organizational excellence. Her professional journey has honed her skills in organization, attention to detail and interpersonal relations.
CAREER
Her career in finance allowed her to develop a robust foundation in financial management, budgeting, system optimization and strategic planning. As CFO her focus is on maintaining the finances across all entities as well as the properties we manage. Assisting the Brokers and Clients across the board is her primary focus. With creative ideas and vast experience, she can usually find a solution to any hurdle.
Outside of Work
Being a mother of seven gave her the ability to juggle and “heard cats”. When she isn’t working or with family, you will see her enjoying tennis, pickleball, a day on the lake or volunteering in the community at one of the many festivals. Cheering on the Wisconsin teams makes the winter months fly by, and her summers are spent out of doors.
