Zach Noble is a Principal & Co-Founder at Twelve2 Commercial Group, where he specializes in sales and leasing of industrial, investment, and commercial properties throughout Southeast Wisconsin.
CAREER
Drawing on over 16 years of industry experience, Zach values creating long-term relationships that go beyond the traditional confines of the workplace. It is his belief that a broker’s worth in this industry comes from their ability to create value for clients, which he feels requires a strong relationship based on trust and respect, forged best over a happy hour, a round of golf, or a day on the lake.
This trait is best exemplified by analyzing the growth of a single client, whose portfolio Zach has exclusively represented for 12+ years. During this time, Zach has facilitated the acquisition of 21 properties consisting of over 1.1 million SF, as well as negotiated leases with 53 new tenants (on top of countless renewals), all of which has contributed to an increase in the portfolio’s net value of over $30 million.
OUTSIDE OF WORK
Zach enjoys spending quality time with his wife - Carly, two sons - Sawyer and Hayden, as well as his dog - Tiger. He is an avid golfer, tennis player, and super fan of all things Wisconsin sports.
