CAREER
Pat grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. His maternal Grandfather owned a structural engineering firm. His father and family owned and operated 7 Pick’n’Save Grocery Stores as well as owning commercial real estate. Pat worked in the family business for several years and then worked for seven years at Fortune 1000 companies in Information Technology.
Being an entrepreneur is in Pat’s blood. Pat and his wife bought a Budget Blinds Franchise that they owned and then sold after 14+ Years.
After selling their business in 2019, he looked back on the experience and was frustrated with the whole process. He decided to become a business broker and commercial real estate broker. Thru his Murphy Business Sales Franchise, he assists business owners through the transition process. He also works with Twelve2 Commercial Group to help clients sell, buy, and lease commercial real estate. Pat always puts his client’s needs and interests first and is known as being an excellent negotiator and helping both sides in a deal find the common ground needed to close a deal.
OUTSIDE OF WORK
Pat and his wife Amy have been married for 29 years and have a son (Riley, 25) and daughter (Mara, 22), and 3 year old twin golden retrievers (Sterling and Archer).
When Pat is not at work, you will typically find him and his wife Amy spending time with their children, family, dogs and his friends. Pat is not good at sitting still and enjoys golfing, fishing, working outdoors, boating, and especially cooking.
